Hampton Inn & Suites Austin-Airport

Good room, helpful staff, great breakfast for this type of place. Basketball and pickleball courts. Appreciated that it was totally quiet at night. Comfy bed. And i just got a good vibe from this place in a general sense.

I rated this hotel a 5 star because it was clean, and friendly staff. The location was hard to get to. The room did need basic maintenance, but again the rating was based on the service and cleanliness. I also appreciated the hint of Lavynder throughout the hotel.

This is a pretty nice Hampton Inn. Very clean and bed was comfortable. We had to wait quite a while for the shuttle in 40 degree temperatures but after a second phone call it arrived. Breakfast was great and all items were well stocked. The red velvet waffle was a nice change. I asked for a bottled water at check out as we had a long drive and was told I had to pay for it (Hhonors elite). That was a bad ending to an otherwise nice stay.

We used the Hampton as a parking option for a weekend trip, and the experience was fantastic. Lori and Tania were absolutely amazing! After we arrived at the airport, we started second-guessing whether we had locked our car. Not only did Lori and Tania go above and beyond to check for us, but even the shuttle driver who took us to the airport also offered and made sure to take a look. Their kindness and teamwork gave us complete peace of mind for the rest of our trip. Their hospitality truly stands out — they made us feel safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to return and stay at the Hampton every time. Thank you to the entire team!

I've stayed several times at this hotel and I'm usually in their King Studio room which is pretty spacious and very accommodating with everything I need. The bedding is always comfortable the rooms are clean not fancy the Furnishing is a little dated in my opinion but nevertheless for the price point the rooms are nice. I'm only there on business so therefore I am not looking for entertainment but it doesn't seem to have anything close by for entertainment and not many dining options close by but that's not an issue for me. Several other hotels are right next door as well. Free parking which is nice and convenience location to where I need to go for work. The breakfast is pretty good they have a few options the waffle is nice.

Enjoyed my stay! Rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk Associates were very polite and friendly.. Breakfast was good and their market was stocked. Great location, easy access to major highways. Would stay again.

This is a three-star hotel but my stay was worthy of a 4-5 star rating. Although I requested a first-floor room, there wasn't one available when I checked in until the staff completed the finishing touches while I waited for a few minutes. The wait was totally worth it because the room was directly adjacent to the back exit, which allowed me to easily load heavy musical equipment in and out. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive, and it included everything one would expect from a Hampton Inn. They even had fresh strawberries and pineapple instead of the usual selection of green bananas and miniscule apples. The hot tea selection was a bit limited (zero herbal teas and when the green tea ran out they never replaced it), which was odd considering the "hot" water was never hot when I needed it outside of breakfast hours -- this happened on consecutive days. The fitness center is a bit cramped. There is barely enough room to have a treadmill and an elliptical trainer side by side, which can make it awkward for even two strangers using the room at the same time. Still, the equipment itself is in good condition, even if there isn't room to lay down a floor mat (which they don't have anyway) for stretching.

The room was clean, bed was comfy. They offer good customer service, Raul the shuttle driver was very nice and friendly. It was nice he offered to take us to the airport an hour early from his regular shift to help us to catch our flight on time, his service was above and beyond. Definitely we’ll stay here again
